Brew Crew makes a statement to the other teams, dominating the Trucks finale!

After the mornings performance the Brew Crew needed a big performance to bounce back into the race for the Overall Team Championship, and the race couldn’t have gone much better for them. Aaron Kozak and Ben Kozowski battled NLR’s Thomas Noble for most of the race after an early accident that sent a third of the field to the pits. After going back and forth through the 3 stages it came down to pit strategies at the end and JandK’s Pit Crew did an amazing job to give Harry Peters the win, first of his career.

The race for the Driver title looked to be comfortably (+18) in the hands of Justin Chris (NLR) heading into the race, but after getting caught up in the accident early in Stage 1 it was anything but comfortable. Justin had to manage a damaged Truck that caused him to pit multiple times ahead of schedule, leaving the door open for PJ. While PJ had a Top 10 truck throughout the race he wasn’t able to gain enough spots on a hobbled Justin Chris to makes up the 19 points he needed. A surprise though was Thomas Noble (NLR) coming from 26 points behind the leader to take second on the season, both PJ Bozowski and Thomas Noble finished just 4 points behind Justin Chris in one of the closest races in Trucks history.

The Brew Crew took over 2nd in the Team Standings with 2 races left with Aaron Kozak going 4th, Ben Kozowski 6th, and PJ Bozowski 7th. NLR had 2 drivers get caught up in the big wreck, causing them to have to manage damage the rest of the way.
