Week 3 Team Power Rankings

Low Fuel and NLR trade blows back and forth as they battle for the top of the Power Rankings

This is the first week where we have the full 3 week formula counting towards the Power Rankings.

Oval Series
1 – Low Fuel – 54.116 (+42) –

Low Fuel continues their domination that they started last week. With all 3 scores below 8 points this week it’s hard to say where they could have done better. if it wasn’t for NLR then Low Fuel would have the season high in Late Model at 4.00. This was a crazy back and forth week between Low Fuel and NLR.

2 – NLR – 62.925 (+83) –

After a rough week 2 NLR improves in all 3 series posting season highs for themselves in each series. Most impressive was was a league season high score of 3.33 points in the Late model series. They were a Justin Chris wreck away from possibly taking over 1st.

3 – Brew Crew – 92.821 (-3) +1

Their Nascar team continues to improve over the first 3 weeks and posted the second highest Nascar score in Week 3. This is the Brew Crew we expected to see, one that dominates in the Nascar series.

4 – Desperado – 98.606 (+10) -1

With their Nascar drivers still struggling to find form, Desperado sees themselves dropping 1 spot. They are still within touching distance of 3rd right now, but will need to find some form in the big series to catch up.

5 – Apex – 108.38 (-24) +1

Apex is still having some struggles that many people weren’t expecting them to have. They are solidly in 5th here and will need a couple good weeks to catch up to the teams ahead.

6 – Can-Am – 117.736 (+5) +1

Got back on track a bit here in Week 3, still not the performance they had in Week 1 but it was a step closer to the pack as they move up 1 spot.

7 – Delusions of Grandeur – 124.075 (-94) -1

The growing pains of a new team continues as they have their worst week of the season so far, hopefully the progression window here sees them get back on track.

Road Series
1 – NLR – 14.455 (+3) +3

They set season highs in both series this week keeping both scores below 3 points and allowing them to move up from 4th to take the Top spot this week.

2 – Low Fuel – 14.785 (-9) -1

They had their worst week yet in both series and a pretty heavy step back in MC B has them slide back to 2nd this week.

3 – Desperado – 15.285 (+5) –

Desperado had a season high and almost the best score this week in MC B, only finishing .33 points behind NLR. This puts them securely in 3rd so far and right on NLR’s and Low Fuel’s tails.

4 – Brew Crew – 17.16 (-5) -2

Their worst week yet in both series sees The Brew Crew drop 2 spots this week.

5 – Apex – 17.58 (+2) +1

Apex rebounded a bit from their week 2 results improving their scores in both MC A and B, which pulls them back into the pack a bit.

6 – Delusions of Grandeur – 22.125 (+0) -1

Consistently showing that they have some solid pace keeping in the middle of the pack. Unfortunately their drivers in MC B had some hang-ups this week which caused them to fall a spot in the Rankings.

7 – Can-Am – 9.83 (-6) –

Can-Am still showing solid consistency in MC B, now their MC B drivers are trying to break into the top of their series.
